Jumbo Computer Supplies supports a variety of payment methods, including credit card*, FPS, PayMe ^ , Alipay HK ^ , WeChat Pay ^ , etc.

Credit card: 3.5% administrative fee

Alipay: 1.9% administrative fee

Wechat Pay payment: 1.9% administrative fee

Payme: 1.2% administrative fee

FPS: Administrative fee waived

Payment Timeline Under normal circumstances, customers need to complete payment within 4 days after placing an order. Overdue orders will be cancelled.
Products with flash sales and limited-time special offers may have additional designated payment times.

Shipping methods

Jumbo Computer Supplies supports a variety of logistics methods, including SF Express, Lalamove , store pickup, etc. All large items such as chassis and monitors must be delivered using Lalamove.
*Remote areas require additional surcharge (see attached table)

SF Express : supports smart locker/SF store self-pickup .

Lalamove: Use Lalamove for the delivery of large items ( chassis, monitors, etc. ).

Store pickup address: Room 2505, 25th Floor, Golden Rooster Plaza, 39 Sai Yee Street, Mong Kok

Store opening hours: 12 noon to 8 pm daily

Deliveries to the following remote areas are subject to surcharges
Hong Kong Island: Mid-Levels, The Peak, Stanley, Tai Tam, Shek O, Jardine's Lookout, Repulse Bay, South Bay and Deep Water Bay	Please provide the merchant name and manifest number to contact us to inquire about additional charges.
Kowloon and New Territories: all rural areas, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Lung Kwu Tan, Ta Kwu Ling, Lok Ma Chau , Clear Water Bay Peninsula, Discovery Bay and the Airport
The following remote areas are not suitable for delivery
Island area, Guanyin Mountain and areas requiring restricted areas
