Removal Terms of Service
Applicable Conditions Where customers purchase regulated electrical appliances specified in the "Product Environmental Responsibility Regulations" from the company, including air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, computers, printers, scanners and monitors, customers can request the company to arrange Remove old regulated electrical appliances Note 1 of the same type and quantity as purchased free of charge.
The removal location is applicable to any premises in Hong Kong.
Discarded Electrical Appliances Removal Service
1. Standard Removal Service - Free (3-5 days): Customers can sign the "Removal Service Selection Record" at the time of purchase or call JUMBO COMPUTER SUPPLIES within 3 days after the transaction to make a request to the company. service processing. (Service provided by OLBA:)
2. Same-day removal service- $250 : Same-day old electrical appliances collection service- collect waste at the same time on the day of delivery (service provided by JUMBO COMPUTER SUPPLIES)
3. No need for old removal service: If you still need free old removal service in the future, you can call the recycling hotline 2676 8888 to make an appointment for OLBA removal service time. The designated removal agent will contact, arrange and confirm the actual date with the customer . In general, it will be specified according to the following conditions. (2676 8888)
1. Under normal circumstances, at least 3 working days must be reserved for the removal of old services.
2. On the date specified by the customer, go to the place specified by the customer to remove the old parts.
3. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Precautions
1. The removal service is handled separately from the delivery and installation services. The old parts waiting to be removed can be removed first as needed, or temporarily stored at the removal location, and removed later. Customers can arrange with the staff.
2. Once the old parts are received, they will not be returned.
3. Old parts must be placed independently, away from any device, connection system, or storage location with obstacles.
4. If the old parts have serious hygiene problems (for example: rotten juice residue, cockroaches, ants), the staff has the right to refuse to remove the old parts, and consumers will no longer enjoy free removal services.
5. If the customer needs to change the agreed removal service location or time, please call to notify at least 2 working days before the agreed date.
6. In case of Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and other arrangements will be made.
7. The company will not be responsible for any delay, suspension or rescheduling of the agreed removal time due to traffic or weather conditions, or other factors.
8. The personal data of customers and contacts will only be used for the purpose of removing old services, and the company will comply with the "Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance" (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) for processing.
9. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.

• Air conditioners: including stand-alone and split-type air conditioners, which are air-cooled or air-heated (or both), and whose rated cooling capacity does not exceed 7.5 kilowatts (ie 3 horsepower).
• Washing machine: its rated washing capacity does not exceed 10 kg.
• Refrigerators: the total volume of which does not exceed 500 liters.
• Television: The size of the display screen does not exceed 100 inches (measured diagonally).
• Computers: Includes PCs, Desktops, Tablets, Laptops and Notebooks.
• Printer: its weight does not exceed 30 kg; if it is also used as a photocopier, fax machine or scanner, it is still regarded as a printer.
• Scanner: its weight does not exceed 30 kg.
• Display: It does not have the function of storing electronic data or calculation; the size of its display screen is within 5.5 inches to 100 inches (measured by diagonal angle).
