Jumbo Computer Supplies supports multiple payment options, including credit cards, FPS transfer, PayMe, AlipayHK, and WeChat Pay HK.

Credit Card: 3.5% processing fee

AlipayHK: 1.9% processing fee

WeChat Pay HK: 1.9% processing fee

PayMe: 1.2% processing fee

FPS Transfer: No handling fee

Payment Deadline

Under normal circumstances, customers must complete payment within 4 days after placing an order.

Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.

Flash sales or limited-time promotions may have separate payment deadlines.

Jumbo Computer Supplies provides various delivery options, including SF Express, Lalamove, in-store pickup, and large-item delivery for PC cases, monitors, and bulky equipment.

Lalamove (Same-Day / Scheduled Delivery)

Used for large parcels (PC cases, monitors, printers, etc.).
